A Dose of Inspiration

Thank you to @SteveHarper, @RobertWoodcock & @RobSartin for the call this morning. It was a dose of inspiration I needed to do things I hadn’t thought of and to get back to the things I had been neglecting.  

How I get a dose of inspiration is to attend a leadership event or attend my local finance chapter @FinancialExecutivesInternational. While full day conferences seem to drain me, I do enjoy hitting up morning or evening meetings that provide a combination of networking (catching up with your network and meeting new members) & a speaker (the speaker covers a variety of business & leadership related topics). I’m looking for one or two things I can walk away with and employ into my routine or outlook that help drive what I’m doing and inspire change.

The call this morning was very much a leadership event, but I must admit, I wasn’t expecting to get as much from it as I did.  It was a reminder of the power of networking.
